Simply get in touch with our team and we will discuss the problem with you. In many cases we can provide initial guidance over the phone, but if necessary we will arrange for an engineer to visit your property to diagnose the fault and recommend the best course of action.

If your system was installed by us within the last year, it will typically be covered under our installation warranty and we will repair the unit free of charge.

If the system is older than one year but still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will arrange for any required parts to be supplied by the manufacturer and advise you of any applicable call-out or labour costs.

For systems that are outside of warranty, our engineer will diagnose the issue and provide a clear quotation for the repair before any work is carried out. For added peace of mind, we provide a 30-day warranty on our repair work, in addition to any manufacturer warranty on replacement parts.
